Stand-up comedy in Bergen. Fish & Ships aims to be one of Bergen's quality clubs for stand-up comedy. We want to create an inclusive environment where humor can flourish, and where both established comedians and new talents feel welcome. Through our weekly Friday evenings with high-quality humor, we contribute to strengthening the local comedy scene and bringing British humor to Bergen.
We believe that humor is universal, and by combining British comedians with Norwegian talents, we create a unique experience that appeals to a broad audience. Each comedy evening is varied in style and tone, from dark satire to observational comedy and everything in between. The audience can expect intimate evenings with direct contact with the comedians in an atmosphere reminiscent of the classic comedy clubs in London.
Snorre Bue
Snorre Bue has been doing stand-up comedy since 2017 and is one of the founders of Fish & Ships Comedy Club.
Snorre has performed on stages throughout Norway, and more recently also in London and Brighton with great success. His vision is to create a platform where both local and international comedians can share their humor with an engaged audience.
Jonas Skogstroll
Jonas Skogstroll is a Swedish comedian from Trondheim who has taken the stage by storm in a relatively short time and performed in cities such as Bergen, Oslo, and London.
Jonas headlined two shows for Doomsday Comedy in London in 2025, and in January 2026 he travels to Australia and New Zealand to perform at several shows there. With his unique life experience and international network, Jonas will be a great resource for Fish & Ships Comedy Club going forward.

A historic tavern that has existed since the 1300s, named after the queen who was made queen of Norway and Denmark. The wine cellar is located in one of Bergen's oldest streets, in a traditional area near Bryggen and Fisketorget. With its 1500s atmosphere and rooms full of history, Dyvekes Vinkjeller provides a unique and intimate setting for stand-up comedy. There is room for 70 in the audience.
The location is perfect for both Bergen residents and visitors. We are centrally located in the city, easily accessible by public transport, and close to parking garages.

When do doors open and when does the show start?
Doors usually open at 7:30 PM, and the show starts at 8:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to find a good seat and order drinks.

Dyvekes Vinkjeller has a selection of drinks available during the shows. We run two intermissions, following the British model.
